Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Engineer specializing in Solar Inverters to join our team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of after-sales inquiries and technical challenges. This role involves both remote assistance and on-site visits to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, thereby maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and product performance. Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers regarding solar inverter products. Address and resolve after-sales technical inquiries efficiently to minimize downtime. Conduct on-site visits when necessary to diagnose and solve complex technical problems. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues that require advanced technical expertise. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions to support continuous improvement. Assist in training customers and internal staff on product features, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance best practices. Stay updated with the latest product developments and industry trends to provide informed support. Required Qualifications

Proven experience in technical support or service engineering, preferably within the solar energy or inverter industry. Strong understanding of solar inverter technology and related electrical systems. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems both remotely and on-site. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. Willingness to travel within Pakistan for on-site service visits. Relevant technical degree or certification in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
