About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about finding, engaging, and hiring world-class tech talent. This role focuses on shaping teams behind Careem’s Data & AI and Engineering orgs, and you will work closely with business stakeholders to build strategic talent pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring experience in a high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do

• Be a trusted partner : Work with Engineering and Data & AI leaders to understand vision, anticipate hiring needs, and co-create talent strategies.
• Demonstrate sourcing excellence : Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of high-caliber talent; share competitor intelligence and hiring benchmarks to inform decisions.
• Recruit across critical roles : From Backend and Mobile Engineers to Data Scientists, building the backbone of Careem’s technology across key markets including UAE, Pakistan, Egypt and Jordan.
• Shape the candidate journey : Champion a seamless and positive candidate experience with clear expectations and timely, transparent communication; manage the full hiring process end-to-end including sourcing, screening, scheduling and offer management.
• Stay agile and data-driven : Share insights, market intelligence, and regular progress updates with stakeholders, including pipeline health, time-to-fill metrics, and talent landscape insights.
