Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for the best pricing and terms.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and supply.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Review and analyze purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, warehouse) for smooth procurement operations.
• Maintain records of purchases, contracts, and invoices.
