We are seeking a Procurement Executive with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities : - Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency. - Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure best pricing and terms. - Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or excess stock. - Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage supplier performance. - Conduct market research and analyze trends to make informed purchasing decisions. - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules. - Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing efforts with overall business objectives.

Job Specification : - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Proficient in procurement software and MS Office Suite. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles is essential. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
