Position : Assistant Manager Procurement
Location : Karachi, Pakistan
Industry : Ports & Logistics / Procurement
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with suppliers and service providers.
- Monitor contract performance, renewals, and compliance with legal and corporate standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
- Manage RFQs / RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend vendors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Engineering, Operations & Finance teams.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and service excellence.
- Support audits, maintain documentation, and ensure procurement compliance.
Requirements :
Bachelors (16 years) in Law, Business Management, or Engineering specialization / certification in Supply Chain preferred.Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement or contract management.Strong written and spoken English communication skills.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.If you're detail-oriented, strategic, and passionate about procurement excellence, this role is for you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
