Job descriptionAssist in the execution of procurement activities in accordance with the Procurement Manual, including documentation and compliance tracking. Prepare purchase requisitions, RFQS, comparative statements, and purchase orders as part of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. Coordinate with vendors for quotation collection, order status updates, and basic negotiations under guidance. Liaise with internal departments to gather specifications and facilitate timely procurement actions. Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and support vendor evaluation and onboarding activities.
Job Specifications
- The candidate must have Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field from HEC recognized University with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in procurement function.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with good communication and negotiation skills, the candidate familiar with SAP MM will be preferred.
