MTO - Project Management

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our MTO Programme in Project Management . As a Management Trainee Officer, you will initially focus on learning and mastering core project management tasks while working closely with clients and internal teams. With structured guidance and hands-on experience, you will gradually take on broader responsibilities, including client strategy, campaign optimization, and cross-team coordination. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to grow into senior project management and digital marketing leadership positions .

Responsibilities (Progressive Scope)

Phase 1 - Core Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and tracking of projects
• Coordinate between creative, content, and performance marketing teams
• Maintain project documentation and status updates
• Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations are met

Phase 2 - Learning & Expansion (as Skills Develop)

Phase 3 - Advanced Responsibilities (growth stage in the MTO programme)
