Project Manager (PMP)

We are looking for a project manager (PMP) to be responsible for handling our ongoing projects. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must.

Project Manager Responsibilities :

Project Planning

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, create project timelines, and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery.

Project Execution

Manage project timelines, schedule and lead meetings, track and manage project risks, and monitor project progress to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with established timelines.

Team Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, communicate project status to all team members, facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, and ensure that project tasks are completed on time.
• Run daily scrums and sprint meetings. Maintain backlog and make sure all tickets are updated.
• Ensure all the required features are produced and reviewed, including requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution.
• Resolve & communicate conflicts to leadership while demonstrating appropriate decision-making competencies.
