Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-savvy Project Manager I (Level 1) to join our team and help deliver exceptional results across a portfolio of technical projects. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 25+ concurrent IT projects of varying complexity and duration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal engineering teams; ensure timely, clear, and confident communication
- Create and maintain project documentation, schedules, and updates using task management tools
- Monitor project budgets; understand margin, leakage, and scope creep, and take action to mitigate risks
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for clients; facilitate non-technical client understanding
- Foster client trust and satisfaction through professional conduct, responsiveness, and issue resolution
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams and project coordinators to drive delivery excellence
- Apply analytical thinking to identify patterns in project risk or bottlenecks; escalate systemic issues appropriately
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, contributing to internal process refinements and best practice sharing
- Demonstrate a learning mindset by deepening understanding of infrastructure concepts and project delivery techniques
Requirements
Required :
Associates degree in a related field or 1 to 3 years minimum experience managing IT projectsCAPM, APM, or equivalent certification or demonstrated project management capabilityExperience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or similar IT services environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently engage stakeholdersFoundational understanding of project financials and their connection to delivery actionsHigh proficiency in time management, organization, and task trackingPreferred :
