Project Manager LMS

Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science or IT Management.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of the learning management system.
• Facilitate task planning, release planning, daily stand-ups, and demos.
• Prioritize project tasks to meet major milestones.
• Identify and manage dependencies with systems, engineering, and coordination teams.
• Proactively manage project conflicts and remove impediments / blockers in order to keep teams highly productive.
• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in project management and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of the learning management system.
• Manage and guide the team through the project life cycle on best practices.
• Actively contribute to process improvements.
• Proactively identify gaps in resource plans or project objectives and facilitate resolutions with executive management.
• Provide metrics and status to executive management.
• Align project to objectives and needs of the university.
• Model compliance with university policies and procedures and support university mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
