Sr Project Manager

What Youll Do

Planning

– Collaborate with the leadership team to define quarterly or biannual planning, roadmap, objectives, scope and deliverables; work with engineering teams to create detailed project plans with tasks, timelines and resource allocation; identify and manage dependencies and risks. Team Coordination

– Coordinate design, product and engineering teams involved in projects to facilitate communication, collaboration and decisions; help resolve roadblocks or conflicts. Project Execution

– Ensure project execution aligns with the plan and milestones; track and report weekly status updates to stakeholders; identify risks and blockers and mitigate using available tools. Day to Day Operations

– Lead and improve sprint rituals (planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demos); ensure accurate reflection of team assignments and statuses on tools and dashboards; drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency; lead quarter- and project-level retrospectives to extract learnings. What We're Looking For

5 years of experience in Program Management. Prior technical experience or a technical degree is recommended. Experience with project management software (such as JIRA, Confluence, Coda, etc). You pride yourself on your organization and communication. Ability to lead and coach without authority. Ability to gain meaningful insights from data and create an action plan. Capacity to work in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment. Strong experience with agile methodologies. CSM or PMP certification is a bonus.
