AIIT Solutions is seeking a

dynamic and experienced Software Project Manager

to oversee and coordinate multiple software development projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams, QA, UI / UX, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills to manage resources across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities :

Lead the planning and execution of multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure resource availability and allocation. Create and maintain detailed project documentation including timelines, status reports, risk logs, and change requests. Track project performance and deliverables using Agile or hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization and with clients. Monitor progress and KPIs, and adjust project plans as necessary to meet changing requirements. Facilitate regular stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings. Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and processes. Requirements

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. 3+ years

of experience in

project management

for software development teams. Proven ability to manage

multiple projects simultaneously . Strong understanding of

Agile methodologies

and software development life cycles. Experience using

project management tools

such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities. PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus. Preferred Experience :

Background in working with cross-functional, distributed teams. Exposure to DevOps and CI / CD processes. Experience in working with clients in international markets. Competitive Salary
