to work with our client, a global telecom vendor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Formulate implementation plans as requested. Baseline customer satisfaction and expectation levels. Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate as required. Provide clear project status updates to customers and stakeholders. Manage implementation resources and expedite delivery. Ensure timely, accurate implementation adhering to project milestones. Guarantee services meet customer requirements. Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders. Establish and maintain project governance, controls, documentation, reports, and management information. Job Specification

Must Have

University degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Telecom. 10 years of work experience. At least 3 years in a project management role within the Telecom industry. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Nice to have Experience with OSS in Performance Management, Fault Management, Configuration Management, Inventory Management, etc. Project management certification.
