SiteCare, a leader in professional website management, is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Technical Account Manager to join its fully remote team. This role is a unique opportunity to blend deep WordPress expertise with strategic client relationship management, all while leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Client Strategy & Growth : Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of clients, managing account budgets ranging from $1K to $10K+. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth through website improvements and additional services.
• Technical WordPress Management : Conduct regular health checks, performance audits, and optimization analysis for client websites. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• AI-Powered Solutions : Utilize modern AI and LLM tools to enhance workflow efficiency, perform WordPress analysis, generate reports, and assist in troubleshooting.
• Project Coordination : Act as the main point of contact for clients during business hours (9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST). Collaborate closely with development teams to scope, prioritize, and execute maintenance and development tasks.
• Proposal & Reporting : Create detailed proposals and quotes for new work. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client websites, using data to inform strategic advice.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about both technology and building strong client partnerships.

Proven, hands-on experience with the WordPress ecosystem (themes, plugins, hosting, DNS).

Exceptional client relationship and account management skills with a track record of growing accounts.
