We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Designer & Developer in Pakistan to join our company on a remote basis. This position requires working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, which will be the night shift in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement SEO strategies and findings from SEO Audits.

Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites as per the client's needs.

Manage and maintain the functionality of websites, ensuring high performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.

Implement and maintain SEO best practices to increase site visibility.

Make necessary SEO improvements to the website including but not limited to site architecture, url rewriting, redirects, internal linking, meta tags optimization, improving site speed, improving mobile responsiveness, and more.

Design and optimize banners and landing pages for marketing campaigns.

Design creative and impactful media for marketing campaigns

Collaborate with the clients and the team to align website design with brand strategy.

Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.

Ensure seamless integration of content with the website’s design.

Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends.

Follow through with commitments and foster mutual trust.

Assume additional responsibility without being asked.

Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies.

Qualifications :

Strong experience with SEO principles and SEO implementation.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in web design and development.

Must have experience of working on a variety of CMS.

Strong portfolio showcasing web design and development skills.
