This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR policies, handling employee relations, developing job descriptions, and ensuring the smooth operation of all HR-related activities within the bakery and cafe. Day-to-day tasks involve implementing HR management practices, supporting staff recruitment, and fostering a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities
