Job descriptionExperience : 2 years of HR experience. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. We are hiring for our Business partner Kaizen Global smc in Rawalpindi.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs.
- Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
