Position Overview We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team in Pakistan.
This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process , ensuring we attract, select, and onboard top talent to support PalmPay’s rapid growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience with recruitment tools, and a passion for delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
Post job advertisements across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and coordinate assessments .
Ensure smooth interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Support employer branding initiatives to position PalmPay as an employer of choice.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate regular hiring reports.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with Pakistan labor laws and company policies.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in fintech, NBFC, banking, IT Companies, or fast-paced industries .
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques , including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media.
Experience managing multiple requisitions and working in high-volume hiring environments.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills .
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in MS Office and ATS / recruitment tools .
Fluent in Urdu and English .
