We are looking for a proactive, street-smart Business Development & Sales Manager with a proven track record in SaaS sales, specifically within the domains of Cybersecurity and Cloud Services. This role demands a high-energy individual with strong networking skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles — particularly in the public sector and / or banking and / or education verticals. You will take ownership of building and converting a robust sales pipeline through a mix of strategic outreach, market intelligence, and relationship development. Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities in Cybersecurity and Cloud-based SaaS products. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across public sector, banking, and educational institutions. Actively pursue leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, digital campaigns, networking events, and referrals. Build and nurture client relationships with CXO-level decision-makers, IT heads, and procurement officers. Understand client pain points and align offerings to demonstrate value through tailored proposals and demos. Prepare RFP responses, solution pitches, pricing models, and participate in negotiations. Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and technical teams to enhance go-to-market strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts. Report regularly on sales forecasts, performance metrics, and client feedback. Ideal Candidate Profile
3–5 years of progressive experience in SaaS sales, business development, or technology solution selling, with a focus on Cybersecurity and / or Cloud Services. Demonstrated success in selling to enterprise and institutional clients—especially in public, education, and financial sectors. Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), and email marketing platforms for lead generation. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong business acumen and negotiation capabilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized. Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. Deep understanding of cybersecurity service offerings, cloud-native solutions, and digital transformation initiatives. Existing network or sales exposure in government procurement portals, banking tenders, or education ICT procurement is a plus. Prior experience responding to RFIs, EOIs, and RFPs in the public sector will be advantageous. Nice to Have
