We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our business.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Sales Growth Strategy.
• Work with Sales team to identify and evaluate market and clients internationally.
• Develop and implement new Strategic Sales plan with consultation of Management.
• Achieve own Sales Target and lead team to achieve team target.
• Train new sales agents, focusing on closing their business.
• Maintain an Excellent Client Relationship with existing and potential clients.

Job Specification

02 years (or plus) of Experience in Online Sales / Business Development.

Proven track record of Online Business Development.

Strong in client connection and client services.

Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under pressure.

Excellent interpersonal, Communication, Negotiation and Presentation Skills.

A passion for Sales / Business and a drive to succeed.

University Business Graduate or Equivalent.
