Role Description This is a full‑time remote role for an Education Program Specialist. Responsibilities include managing and developing educational programs, creating program materials, coordinating with stakeholders, overseeing implementation, monitoring progress, conducting assessments, providing support and guidance to participants, and communicating regularly with the team and partners.

Qualifications

Program Management and Program Development skills

Strong communication skills

Experience in education and educational programs

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or related field

Experience in the leadership development sector is a plus
