Analyze demonstration requests, document implementation needs, and prepare for demonstrations. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions. Assist with external and internal documentation. SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Ability to confidently, effectively, and enthusiastically perform product demonstrations and training. Comfortable leading presentations for and facilitating discussions with an audience. Strong analytical skills; ability to solve complex problems and think on your feet. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Extremely detail-oriented. Independent worker to self-motivate and self-learn. Desire to be part of and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a calm demeanor when under pressure.
