Oversees and coordinates a variety of departmental academic programs, which includes admissions, registration, examination, record-keeping, curriculum, timetable, faculty and student queries handling.
Requirements :
- Masters in business administration or relevant degree, recognized by HEC with relevant 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
To ensure smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities of relevant academic programs.To create semester timetable of the classes and proactive sharing with students and faculty members.To create Exam Date sheets and timely sharing with students, faculty members and Examination department.To facilitate admission Campaign of relevant academic programs.To ensure University registration and semester enrolment of students.Manage students queries of all types and resolve under the support of peer departments.Ensure faculty bills processing as per rules and regulations.Ensure to maintain active liaison with peer departments and support in audits to uphold academic programs.Ensure SAP Fiori, Unitime, Moellium and other learning management system (LMS) management.Execute any other task assigned by Dean / HOD / Deputy Manager-Academics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
