Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers or stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and evaluate results.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific requirements for each role.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster effective communication.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
