We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer Specialist in the Customer Care Department of our Islamabad – Office with practical experience and knowledge responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments. Qualification : BS / MS in Electrical Engineering. Experience : 1-2 Years Job Description : – Report Diagnostics thrice a week. – Timely Alarms clearance & queries (internal & external). – Ticket Closure within set SLA.(JSM). – Up to date with the latest advancements in products. – Making sure the team is following the SOPs for all cases. – Assuring 100 percent answer ratio of Incoming calls. – Ensuring timely response to emails within set SLA. – Ensuring all the tasks associated with the NOC team are completed.
