FUTURESOL TECH seeking a skilled Support Engineer with a minimum of 6 months experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for training, user manuals, and trainings of software applications while ensuring optimal performance and high levels of responsiveness. Responsibilities

Provide support to the clients via phone, anydesk and whatsapp. Visit client premises for trainings. Create user manuals for software products. Qualifications
