Job Summary : As a Sr. Business Analyst at CONVO, you will be a key player in orchestrating the design and implementation and ongoing value realization of business solutions that align with both client expectations and company standards. Your role involves leading functional activities, managing business stakeholder interactions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout various project phases. As a senior member of the team, you will guide and mentor other analysts while driving continuous improvement in our processes and solutions.

As a Business Analyst you will be involved in international Digital Transformation projects to implement sales automation software solutions for top FMCG companies. You will communicate with a wide variety of people to accurately interpret the client’s needs, lead the definition of the solution blueprint, support the implementation phase and the solution deployment.

KEY CHALLENGES

• Champion and promote an innovative and agile model to ensure state of the art technology for Sales Transformation and analytics projects.
• Understand, map and meet client requirements and lead analysis through workshops. Guide the client towards the desired outcome.
• Define functional specifications, acceptance criteria and estimates for specific developments, while following rigorously risk assessment practice.
• Collaborate closely with a technical team in order to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
• Understand the modules to be implemented and the setup and configuration options available.
• Engage the customer on user acceptance strategy, planning and execution phase.
• Demonstrate autonomous analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Understand the business of our client (CPG) and be able to communicate clearly how data issues might impact decision making. Cooperate with internal and external teams to reach the desired outcome.
• Think and deliver with customer experience in mind.
