Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Conduct in-depth research and interviews with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business needs and requirements.
• Process Improvement : Analyze existing workflows, systems, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and propose strategic solutions.
• Data-Driven Insights : Use business intelligence tools and analytical techniques to interpret data, create comprehensive reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Project Management & Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure that solutions align with business goals and are delivered on time and within scope.
• Documentation & Reporting : Create clear, concise, and detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
• Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, translating complex business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
