Manage and process customer reservations efficiently Ensure accuracy in booking details and pricing Provide excellent customer service and support Maintain records of bookings and payment transactions Collaborate with the accounting team for invoicing and financial reports Job Specification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in reservation systems and softwares Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of travel regulations and policies is a plus
