Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Resilience and ability to handle rejection and objections positively. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations is advantageous. Location : Rawalpindi, Pakistan
