Overview
As Head of Postpaid & Multiplay, you will lead the overall strategy, performance, and growth of Jazz\'s Consumer Postpaid, B2C International Roaming, Mobile Broadband (MBB), and Data SIM segments. The role carries full responsibility for revenue, subscriber growth, and lifecycle management—from acquisition and engagement to retention and loyalty. You will shape the segment\'s pricing, product, and distribution roadmap, while ensuring brand and communication strategies deliver a competitive edge. The position reports directly to the Head of Consumer Growth and manages a team of four.
What the role does
- Own P&L : Deliver revenue, subscriber, and profitability targets across Postpaid, Roaming, MBB, and Data SIM.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and maintain a robust business plan with clear 2+ year roadmaps, aligned with competitive dynamics and internal objectives.
- Customer Growth : Drive acquisition and retention initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to improve customer lifetime value.
- Product Leadership : Introduce and launch new products, secure approvals, align stakeholders, and ensure effective GTM execution.
- Brand Building : Position Jazz Postpaid as a flagship, industry-leading brand with distinct market relevance.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with Finance, Product, Sales, Distribution, Analytics, and Brand teams to deliver on business priorities.
- Channel Enablement : Partner with Regional Sales teams to roll out promotions, adjust scorecards / commissions, and drive frontline sales performance.
- International Roaming : Lead the strategy, propositions, and revenue growth of the Roaming business, ensuring customer-centric innovation.
- Mobile Broadband & Data SIM : Ensure competitive offerings, sufficient stock availability, and revenue optimization in these growth segments.
- Performance Visibility : Deliver accurate reporting, dashboards, and insights to management for informed decision-making.
