Social Media And Content Manager

Kraftsmen Furniture Co is an online furniture company using channels such as Shopify, Amazon , Facebook and Instagram to sell furniture online and directly to consumers in North America. We are a fast growing company looking to expand our workforce.

As a Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media Strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will also be required to interact directly with customers inquiring about our products.

As a Social Media Expert you will have the following responsibilities :

Handle all our social media accounts including Facebook and Instagram

Post ads on social media platforms

Handle customer inquiries through email and online chat

Handle and improve our website content ranging from product descriptions to product photos

Help manage our Amazon and other e-commerce platforms

Manage monthly reporting and KPI's

This is a work from home position and can range in odd working hours.

Experience of social media management

• Good knowledge of Facebook, Amazon and Shopify
• Ability to map out and execute comprehensive social marketing plans
• Familiarity with social advertising , SEO and MS Office products
• Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to details, grammar and tone
