Role Overview The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset with strong experience in SEO, content creation, and digital campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Plan and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website visibility and search rankings.
Create and manage content and copywriting for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Develop and oversee social media strategies to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Manage digital media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and related tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels.
Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and technologies to enhance marketing efforts.
Manage budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
Support creative initiatives and ensure timely content delivery for digital platforms.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or lead role.
Proven expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, and digital ad campaign management.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills with attention to brand tone and storytelling.
Experience in social media strategy, content planning, and community management.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination skills.
Creative thinker with problem‑solving ability and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in healthcare, tech, or professional services industry is highly desirable.
Proven success in managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Experience with marketing automation platforms.
Hands‑on experience in video content marketing and visual storytelling.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
