Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and product awareness.
- Manage social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new social media tools.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and build relationships with followers.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Report on campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.
Requirements
Requirements & Skills :
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (3+ years).Proficiency in social media management tools.Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.Strong understanding of social media KPIs and how to measure campaign success.Excellent communication and copywriting skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.A strong portfolio showcasing your digital marketing and social media campaigns.Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.Shift Time : 10am-7pm
