Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager . This role is perfect for candidates eager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and maximize ROI. You will work closely with content creators, designers, and cross-functional teams to optimize digital assets, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced, global technology consulting firm. Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement

comprehensive digital marketing programs

that align with brand plans and business objectives. 2. Content Collaboration

Work closely with

content marketing and design teams

to create targeted content for each stage of the

digital customer journey . 3. Online Asset Optimization

Review and optimize

design and content

across online assets, including the

company website, social media platforms, and digital advertisements . 4. Budget Management

Plan and manage the

digital marketing budget , ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels to

maximize ROI . 5. Performance Testing

Implement

A / B testing strategies

to evaluate and continuously improve digital marketing

performance and engagement . 6. Analytics & Reporting

Analyze campaign performance data to

derive actionable insights

and recommendations. Generate

monthly performance reports

on key digital marketing initiatives. Requirements

Minimum 3 years

of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the

Internet or IT industry . Strong

teamwork and collaboration skills , with the ability to

manage multiple stakeholders . Ability to

mentor and coach

team members to build high-performing teams. Self-motivated with a

proactive approach and resilience
