Job Overview : We are looking for a

Senior Business Developer

with strong experience in

IT services

and

product‑based companies . The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in

B2B lead generation ,

content strategy , and

sales enablement , with the ability to work

independently

and perform according to defined

KPIs .

This is a

remote position , requiring a self‑driven individual who can manage end‑to‑end business development activities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and achieve business targets.

Identify and engage potential clients through

LinkedIn

and B2B platforms such as

Apollo.io ,

ZoomInfo ,

Clutch ,

Crunchbase ,

GoodFirms

and similar tools.

Execute outbound prospecting campaigns and manage the full lead cycle.

Design and implement

content strategies

to support brand visibility and inbound leads.

Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in global markets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business and technical objectives.

Utilize freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) for client acquisition and partnership opportunities.

Maintain accurate reporting of leads, conversions, and progress against KPIs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in Business Development within the tech industry.

Proven track record in B2B lead generation, sales growth, and client acquisition.

Hands‑on experience with freelancing and B2B data platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clutch, Crunchbase, and others.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Capability to meet and exceed KPIs and performance expectations.
