Overview
A large steel manufacturing company in Pakistan is looking for a senior and competent Executive Assistant to provide personalized secretarial, administrative and legal support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between executives and employees / clients.
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
- Drafting skills of various legal agreements of the company.
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
- Receive calls, take messages and route correspondence.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Qualifications
Education : LLB / MBA.Experience : 2 – 10 years of experience. (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Proficiency in English.Exemplary planning and time management skills.Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications.Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.Strong communication and writing skills (Fluency in English is a must).Benefits
