Research and build relationships with new clients. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network. Client retention by presenting new products and services and enhancing existing relationships. Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders / Principals. Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients’ future needs. Plan approaches and pitches & participate in pricing the solution / service. Work with concerned departments to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion with the ability to negotiate appropriately. Marketing, product development and channel management for key accounts. Job Specification

Excellent leadership capabilities; teamwork oriented; interested in working in a multicultural and cross-functional environment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills required. Presentable personality. Maturity, confidence and credibility. Good skills for relationship building. Minimum of two years of business development experience preferable in the pharmaceutical sector. Location : Information Technology and Services - Karachi, Pakistan
