Professional Services Engineer
at TouchPoint is responsible for deploying, integrating, and optimizing our self-service banking solutions across Pakistan, working closely with clients to ensure seamless implementation and long-term satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on troubleshooting during deployment, and the ability to configure and adapt solutions to customer environments. Requirements
Should be able to write and troubleshoot SQL queries, Understand database structures, and perform data analysis Understanding IIS, including web server configuration, maintenance Should have technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues Proficiency in Server & System OS and understand system administrative tasks Customer-oriented approach to provide exceptional support to end-users, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field. Minimum bachelor's in software engineering or computer science.
