What is Expert IT Enterprise Systems?

This position will deliver a roadmap, delivery strategies, support, implementation, and design services for e-mail services (on-premises and cloud), Microsoft Active Directory, and Windows-based systems across the enterprise (multi-domain environment). Responsibilities include directory management, integration with identity management solutions, compliance with Service Level Agreements, and execution of daily routines.

What does Expert IT Enterprise Systems do?

Overseeing day-to-day operations, planning, upgrades, implementation, and support for Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Exchange servers to ensure seamless business operations. Also responsible for managing Office365 cloud operations, Active Directory synchronization, email services, and enterprise mobility suite.

• Deep understanding of Office365 subscriptions and Microsoft Licensing Program
• Managing Microsoft Infrastructure such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Managing email accounts hosted on-premises & Office365 mailboxes, SharePoint, and Instant Messaging
• Timely Patch Management of servers and laptops as per security guidelines
• Achieving operational goals aligned with departmental strategies
• Meeting SLAs & KPIs with stakeholders
• Implementing process improvements and standardization
• Working on Office365 products including EMS, Intune, Cloud App Security, Power Platform, PowerShell scripting
• Ensuring smooth operations for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
• Monitoring MS alerts and taking necessary actions
• Knowledge of Cloud hosting services like Amazon and Azure is a plus
• Managing domain registrations and renewals
• Handling Enterprise Mobility operations
• Understanding IT Helpdesk processes and tools
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Protecting end-user data, preventing data leakage, managing enterprise mobility, and anti-malware protections
