Company : Padena Polymer — Your Partner in Innovation Role : Technical Sales Engineer (Polymers) — Pipe Coating (3LPE / 3LPP) Location : Karachi or Lahore (nationwide travel) | Job Code : TSE-PK-0925 About Us Padena Polymer supplies PE topcoat compounds, MAH-g-PE tie-layer adhesives for FBE-based 3LPE / 3LPP, and black masterbatch. In Pakistan, we sell to steel pipe manufacturers with coating lines and pipe-coating contractors. Responsibilities

Drive technical sales into pipe mills / coating plants and lead vendor-list registrations + technical approvals with operators / EPCs. Run line trials, coordinate third-party testing (ISO 21809-1 / DIN 30670), manage dossiers (TDS / SDS / COA, QA certs), and convert approvals into repeat POs. Map target pipe mills & coaters; open vendor registrations; submit complete dossiers. Plan & run 3LPE / 3LPP trials (FBE + tie + PE topcoat); capture parameters, results, corrective actions. Coordinate third-party tests / approvals with local / international labs; manage sampling & logistics. Build relationships with QC / Engineering / Procurement at mills, coaters, and O&G operators / EPCs. Own the full sales cycle : prospecting → meetings → quotations → negotiations → closing → after-sales. Maintain CRM, vendor-code tracker, and weekly pipeline / forecast (≥80% accuracy). Requirements

BSc in Polymer / Chemical / Materials Engineering (PEC registration is a plus). 2–3 years B2B technical sales in polymers / chemicals / coatings—ideally pipe / coating exposure. Working knowledge : extrusion / compounding, 3LPE / 3LPP concepts (FBE primer, tie-layer, PE topcoat). Familiar with vendor registration / pre-qualification and test documentation. Strong communication in Urdu & English; frequent intercity travel. We Offer
