We are seeking a dynamic Professional Services Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on providing high-level technical support, guidance, and expertise in the deployment and operation of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing roles, project management, and technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Deployment : Implement Securiti products on customer infrastructure ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Manage deployments across various platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and on-premise setups.
• Technical Expertise : Utilize expertise in Data Privacy & Security, SQL / NoSQL databases, Linux, Networking, Cloud Platforms, Docker / Kubernetes, and Virtualization.
• Customer Engagement : Drive post-sales engagement, ensuring successful project implementations. Work with clients to understand their needs and provide expert support during product deployment and integration.
• Solution Implementation : Lead the planning, installation, configuration, and optimization of our software solutions in various client environments.
• Training and Support : Conduct training sessions for customers and provide ongoing support to resolve technical issues.
• Project Management : Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring objectives are met within deadlines and budgets.
• Global Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with our global teams across sales, marketing, product management, professional services, and engineering for a seamless customer lifecycle.
