Role Overview : Our team is searching for a detail-savvy Associate Procurement and Field Operations to be the heartbeat of our office operations. This role will keep the pulse of our supply flow steady, ensuring the right resources are always at hand. Through strategic vendor partnerships and cost-effective sourcing, youll help fuel our growth journey while optimizing administrative resources.
Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and service, ensuring best value.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure the best pricing and terms.Manage supplier agreements, monitor compliance, and maintain strong supplier relationships.Build and maintain productive supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and supply.Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve issues, implement improvements, and manage expectations.Foster relationships with internal departments to understand their needs and ensure procurement aligns with business requirements.Field OperationsSupervise, train and support a team of field support to ensure they deliver exceptional client support.
Manage field dispatcher in planning and overseeing the scheduling of field service appointments, optimizing support availability and job prioritization.Monitor service quality and implement improvements; identify opportunities to improve field service efficiency and client experience, implementing best practices.Track and submit reporting / analysis on response times, service completion, and client feedback for management review.Inventory & Resource ControlCoordinate with departments to forecast purchasing needs and ensure timely supply of resources.
Manage and track the receipt and inspection of supplies and resolve any discrepancies.Budgeting & Cost ControlConduct regular market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Timings : Mon to Fri (8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm)
