Business Development Executive

who can take the lead in expanding our client base and building long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Identify and pursue

new business opportunities

across industries.

Generate

qualified leads

through research, networking, and outreach.

Build and maintain strong

client relationships

with decision-makers.

Understand client needs and propose tailored

marketing / media solutions .

Prepare and deliver

pitches, proposals, and presentations .

Collaborate with the creative team to ensure seamless project execution.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Meet and exceed

sales targets and KPIs .

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in

business development, sales, or client acquisition

(agency experience preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record of

closing deals and meeting targets .

Ability to build

trust and long-term relationships

with clients.

Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Familiarity with

marketing, advertising, or creative industries

(preferred).

Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other prospecting platforms.

Location :

Australia preferred, with remote options available for the right candidate.
