Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate new leads and opportunities. Clearly communicate Nexariza's value proposition and the advantages of our services to prospective clients. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and challenges. Present Nexariza's capabilities and tailor solutions to align with client objectives. Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into paying clients. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all business development activities and client interactions. Compensation
This is a commission-based role offering significant earning potential directly tied to success. You will receive 5% of the total project value for each new client you bring to Nexariza who engages our services. Qualifications
Proven track record in business development, sales, or a client-facing role, ideally in technology. Strong understanding of AI / ML / DL, web development, and application development. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-starter with ownership, initiative, and a results-driven mindset. Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of prospects. Familiarity with professional networking platforms (LinkedIn) and CRM tools is a plus. How to Apply
