Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least two years of experience running ads on linkedin after completion of undergraduate degree. Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s advertising platform, targeting options, and best practices. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging ad copy and visuals. Strong communication and client management skills. Experience with other digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
