???????????????????????????? is a dynamic and fast-growing company. We are seeking a talented and results-driven Senior Business Developer with expertise in Upwork & LinkedIn to join our remote team.

Responsibilities

Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through LinkedIn and other online platforms.

Identify and connect with potential clients, fostering strong business relationships.

Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Identify potential clients and submit compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.

Conduct regular bidding on relevant projects across Upwork categories.

Maintain a high response rate and win ratio by crafting winning strategies and customized pitches.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Develop and implement effective strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to clients' needs.

Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in meeting sales targets.

Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation and client acquisition.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
