We are seeking a web designer responsible for creating engaging websites for our clients. Key duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative website ideas and creating visual elements aligned with our branding. The role involves close collaboration with our team to ensure smooth implementation. Success in this role requires excellent web development, website optimization, and SEO skills.

Web Designer Responsibilities

• Create optimized websites and landing pages that effectively convert visitors.
• Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies, including A / B testing, enhancing user experience, tracking website traffic and conversions, and using heat maps for insights.
• Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure websites maintain a consistent appearance by enforcing content standards.
• Communicate design ideas through user flows, process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes.
