Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Core Banking Implementation Consultant to join our client's team in Islamabad, Pakistan. The consultant will be responsible for facilitating the acquisition and implementation of a Core Banking System for our bank. This is a crucial role that will require the consultant to guide the entire process, from the initial selection and procurement of the system to its full integration and operational rollout within the bank.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the most suitable Core Banking System for our bank's needs.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure a smooth and successful implementation process.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for the implementation project.
• Provide guidance and support to the bank's staff during the implementation process, including training and troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide updates to senior management on the status of the implementation project.
• Ensure the successful integration of the Core Banking System with the bank's existing systems and processes.
• Work closely with the vendor to resolve any technical issues and ensure the system meets the bank's requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Core Banking Systems to provide recommendations for future enhancements and improvements.
