Role Overview

To lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions that enhance enterprise operations by delivering scalable, efficient, and business-aligned functional processes. The role will act as a subject matter expert, providing leadership in solution design, client engagement, and end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced knowledge of configuration / customization of the platform.
  • Support and coordinate technical and business aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis, design and implementation of applications.
  • Architect complex platform solutions, integrating automation, scalability, and security to meet client objectives.
  • As a seasoned resource and principal developer in project teams, provide expert opinion and guidance on business & technical matters.
  • Takes on additional responsibilities as and when required and encourages cohesion & team building.
  • Acts as a point of contact for technical issues across multiple projects.
  • Proactively plan and strategize with team on possible issues and suggest workable alternatives.
  • Lead client engagements focused on infrastructure modernization and platform efficiency.
  • Oversee large-scale platform deployments, ensuring alignment with long-term client goals.
  • Mentors the other technical staff, assists them where needed and leads the effort in resolving technical challenges.
  • Guide and participate in recruiting the best technical talent for the team.
  • Create design artifacts e.g. ERD, blueprints, security matrix, flow / solution diagrams, deployment plan etc.
  • Provide estimations for projects on any domain.
  • Perform R&D and POCs on newly released features on the platform.
  • Customize the frontend and backend of the platform.
  • Provide extensive training to associates.
  • Understanding platform limitations and ensure that solutions do not fail due to platform limits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or Information Systems.
  • 6–8 years of experience in Oracle ERP functional consulting with strong exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Oracle Fusion ERP certification highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 / 4 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
  • Functional expertise in at least two domains (e.g., Finance + SCM or Procurement + HCM).
  • Proven experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and leading project teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, workflows, and cross-module dependencies.
  • Strong expertise in requirement gathering, functional documentation, configuration, and testing.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Oracle integration and reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of SQL and ability to validate data.
  • Strong pre-sales, proposal writing, and client presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and client-facing skills with executive presence.
  • Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior consultants.
  • Proactive, resilient, and outcome oriented.
